"Endo" was a theme I wrote, quite literally, for the *End* boss, named Endo. He was the big baddy behind it all, even bigger than Siona.

I could never decide who to make the final boss, so this one is listed before Siona. But if I'm honest, Endo would be the final boss. He's a lot more powerful than Siona, and the reason Siona's even evil in the first place.

The middle section was heavily inspired by Undertale's boss themes for Asgore and Omega Flowey. I wanted a theme that basically said, "this is it. This is your last stand. Take up arms, and brave the evil before you." I wanted to reinforce the emotion that the story was ending, for good or bad.

I felt the middle section, with its determined progression, was the protagonist getting knocked down, blood on her face, then picking her sword back up, ready to make her last stand, to lose her life for her world. It was kind of really awesome to me, and to this day I still love listening back on it. It's one of my favorites on the soundtrack.
